Come and see the world in 3D

Here in at 3D FPV we want to bring parks and known points of interest to you in 3D using the GoPro 3D setup. Right now we are wanting to use the Hobby King EPP FPV air frame. This is open to change but For now, that's the plan. We don't want to have a really big operation. We will have a trailer but we don't want some great huge thing like they use for the Raptor control. Their are plans for two mera gimbles on board. One will be the pilot view with a simple good quality camera and really basic gible. The sencond will be the GoPro in the 3D setup with a really good gimble setup with gyro stabalization. This part will take some tuning but we will figure it out.

National Parks

The actual flight itself is under FAA regulations. But, no matter who has jurisdiction, it's just plain polite to co ordinate my work with them. Besides, the plain may be under FAA jurisdiction, I will be standing in a national park. At this time I haven't approached any one about this but it is on the list of places that I wold like to video in.

State Parks

This will be a little harder. In a national park, once you have the bosses permission, off you go. In a state park it might work very similarly but each state is different and each one will need to have their concerns addressed. Each state is different. Unfortunatelly, there may be some jurisdictional strugles but the FAA trumps them all. This part will have to be approached with tact. NO body likes to be told they don't have jurisdiction.

Points of interest

This going to be a even harder at times and sometimes easier. You never know who is going to dig in their heels and say "no". I hope by contacting local authorities and helpint them understand what is going on, we can get their co operation. Things like the bridge at Twin Falls canyon to not only fly over but under the bridge as well. Overfly the local area. There are many places like this that are neither state or national park but are very interesting place to go to.
